Engineered for data center demands

AI data centers demand valves that can handle elevated temperatures, long duty cycles, and advanced coolant chemistries. The US Valve IR Check Valve is designed specifically for:

  • Glycol and specialized coolant blends
  • High-density rack and manifold configurations
  • Continuous cycling and dynamic flow conditions

Material and elastomer selections are tuned to coolant compatibility and thermal performance, helping extend service life and minimize downtime.

Maximum flow & lowest pressure drop

The IR Check Valve uses a larger flow area, optimized internal geometry, and an elastomer hinge discs to reduce pressure drop and minimize turbulence. This unlocks higher pump efficiency and better heat exchanger performance across your CDU loop.

Compared to traditional check valves, the IR design delivers significantly lower ΔP at equivalent flow rates, maximizing heat transfer and cooling efficiency.

Leakproof architecture

Conventional check valves rely on external hinge pins, bolts, and covers—each a potential leak point in high-pressure coolant circuits. The IR Check Valve’s internally retained mechanism contains all moving parts within the valve body, eliminating the need for external interfaces.

Fewer external joints mean fewer leak paths, less unplanned maintenance, and greater confidence in mission-critical AI cooling systems.
